As a "home grown" Sarasotan, I have been helping people realize their dreams of homeownership since 1999 when I opened Windom Mortgage Services, Inc.  I was a licensed, Series 7 stockbroker (that's what they called us back in the '80's) and have held a real estate brokers license since 1986.  The experiences and knowledge gained from those industries have served as the perfect complement to my mortgage business.  I get the greatest pleasure seeing the look in peoples eyes when they get the keys to their new home or get the cash out of their house to pay bills, their children's college, buy a 2nd home or fund their retirement. 

My mission is to serve my customers with honesty, integrity and expertise. My goal is to provide home loans to my clients with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Furthermore, I pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.  

I provide loans for property throughout Florida.
